Communication & Cash-Free Payment System

Once your child joins Woodlands Park School, you will receive an activation email to join ParentMail our school communication application.  Please register your account as soon as possible to ensure you receive all school communications, including the weekly newsletter.  

We would encourage you to download the ParentMail App to enable you to use all the functions including:

• school communications
• absence reporting
• parents evening bookings

Woodlands Park School operates a 'cash-free' system, ParentPay, for all catering (school lunches), class trips, in-school events, after school clubs, PTA events and bookings for breakfast, early birds and nursery lunch clubs.

Your child will be provided with their activation information when they join the school or nursery.  All children in the school and nursery are required to have a ParentPay account.

School Lunches are 'booked' by parents/carers using the ParentPay portal in advance.  The deadline for lunch orders is 8.30am on the day the meal is required.
